MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL NOTICE ( FINAL REMINDER ) 

Join the MKA Obedience / Agilty classes

OBEDIENCE COURSE

Please be informed that your Malaysian Kennel Association membership is now due for renewal for the new financial year 2009 / 2010 (1st September 2009 to 31st August 2010). If you wish to continue your membership, please complete the ‘MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL APPLICATION’ form and return it to MKA together with the appropriate fees payable before 31st December 2009. Please fill in your name as it appears in your Identity Card. Your attention is drawn to Article 11 of the Articles of Association of The Malaysian Kennel Association. (If you have already renewed your subcription, please ignore this reminder).

NO EXTENTION for membership renewal will be entertained.
